Import your list directly into your event using a CSV file or copy & paste the guest list using Phone Numbers or Email Addresses. Learn more about importing here.

As the wedding day approaches, you can feel confident in the final stretch of planning with Hobnob! Our resources are readily available for you to tie things up, before you tie the knot!
We all need a reminder sometimes, which is why we set up our Event Auto-Reminders feature. Hobnob automatically sends reminders to your guests so that you don’t have to!
Reminders are sent based on a guest's current RSVP status. The auto-reminder feature is on by default, if you would like to disable them you can do so in your Event Settings.
Reminders for Undecided Guests
1 week registry reminder (only for events that have a valid registry link)
Two days after the invite is sent
One day before the event
Reminders for Attending Guests
1 week registry reminder (only for events that have a valid registry link)
1 hour before the event which highlights the location and driving directions if applicable

Custom Reminders
If you would like to send custom reminders, you can use our Event Update feature (Only available to Standard users and above). To send an event update:
From any Events list, open the event by tapping on the flyer image.
Tap Send Update at the bottom of the screen.
Type your update. You can select who the update goes to based on their current RSVP status (Attending, Undecided, etc.)
Tap Send.
When an event update is sent, guests who have the app will get a push notification and guests who don’t have the app will receive a text or email (depending on how they were invited).
Did you know that you can share Event details all in one place with your guests?! Update your attendees with timely details like hotel blocks, travel dates, and even the best places to grab coffee around the venue with our Event Chat feature.
Start an Event Chat with your attendees and they will be notified any time you send a quick update!
