Add Your Co-Hosts
Planning mode … commence! So many things go into planning a baby shower. There is the food, the guest list, and the registry that is 80% practical and 20% mind-blowing wishes you hope someone will treat you to (who can relate?!). Are you capable of doing it all on your own? Absolutely. But, you don’t have to! Your bestie or someone important to you might want to lend a hand, so we made it easy for them to help you plan.

Send Event Updates
From the first update to the last, your co-host can send event updates to the whole guest list. This will keep everything in one place and make sure your guests stay caught up on all the need-to-knows.
Add or Remove guests
Maybe you forgot a few guests you’d like to add at the last minute, or you simply want to remove the guests who said they couldn’t make it. Our app makes it super easy for your co-host to add or remove people with the click of a few buttons.
Edit Event Details
Have a few details you need to edit? Make a quick list and send it to your co-host so they can take care of logistics while you focus on the fun stuff ☺️

Link Your Registry

Set the Headcount
Headcounts are important for food, goodie bags, and even seating. With our Event Settings feature, you can check the status of your guest list before, during and after the planning stages. And to make sure there are no last minute surprises, you can even use the RSVP Cut-Off feature to ensure that all your guests have their answers in by a certain date. After all, they have to let you know they are coming to receive a gift bag at the party, right? 😉
Request Photos After the Event
Ladies, we know you are going to look absolutely GORGEOUS on this special day. Those “Ooooh’s” and “Ahhhh’s,” will most likely come with the familiar sound of a camera shutter click! Who doesn’t love a good candid?
Some of the best photos are caught on your guests' devices! We want to make sure the moments captured from your special day are all in one place for you to access with ease and reminisce while you wait for the arrival of your baby boy or girl.
After an event, any attendee who RSVP’d “Yes” will receive a text message from our service requesting photos. Guests can upload as many photos as they like through the Hobnob app or on the web invite. We like to keep things simple around here!
